Any ideas on plants that might survive in a central american cichlid tank?

Javafern, anubias, larger more harde amazon sword plants, cichlid grass and crinum to mention a few.

When I use such plants in my tanks I like to place them in pots or else surround them with large stones to avoid being pulled away by the cichlids.
