Definately have some live wigglers. You can see the little tails. I don't want more angels but would like to go thru this process with them once just for the thrill of seeing how the process works.

I thought the pair had eaten all the eggs until I found another leaf that had these wigglers. If all goes correctly, I should have some free swimmers in about 5-6 days. The really critical time for them not to be eaten.

I have elected to leave the parents with the spawn. Not only am I out of tanks I can use, fish care for their young in the wild so I figure they can care for them in a home tank just as well.

Well see.

See the little tails! I am so excited. Not excited they tore my plants up to get to this stage but excited anyway.

Thats awesome!

You can see that they didnt like how the leaf looked, so the had to add some of their own personal tastes to it.

You can definatly see the tails too.

Great news, I have often looked up breeding angels, and the pics you see of a school of baby angels is about the best baby fish pic I've seen.

I don't know what to do with the 9 adults I already have. I keep separating this one and that and they're gotten to be annoying. I can see why people put pairs in separate tanks and just leave them that way.

Congrats on the fry. :19: Are you going to sell them once they get large enough.

I don't know as they'll make it. This is the farthest I've gotten in spawns so far, tho. Kinda neat to watch them.

Algenco......make sure you get some shots of your new babies.

MaMa ate all the eggs again. I hoped that once they reached the wiggler stage she would leave them alone.

Sorry to hear it Lady Hobbs - I hope she gets a small - completely harmless - but annoying bellyache!

Ohhh Man! That stinks...Sorry to hear that Hobbs. I never separate my guppy's from their fry and I have had lots of survivors...are they anything alike? will they hide in the cracks & crevice's in your tank? That is how my babies all make it..well that and their parents are well fed.

I find that my angels will eat there eggs when there are other fishes in the tank.
I guess they get tired of having to chase away other fishes and figure if anyone is going to eat their eggs it better be themselves!!
