Aragonite Sand substrate growing algae...HELP

I've been noticing that my tanks substrate (aragonite sand) has been growing algae in a thin paperly shape. Right now there are several blotches everywhere. Does anyone know what kind of algae that it, and if there is a critter that will help me with it?
