Dying water wisteria!

My water wisteria is fading. I think I moved it around too much. I made a cutting of the plant but it won't root and keeps on falling out of the sand and I found a couple of snails on it.
If any one knows how to make it perk up, please help. :help:

If you want us to help then we'd need much more info. How long have you had the plant? What size tank? What kind of substrate are you using? What's your lighting? How old are the bulbs? Do you dose ferts? Do you inject co2? Any pics of the dying plant?
