When I was a young whipper-snapper, I had a 20-long tank. Then I went without for 20+ years.
Last year I started playing around with a 10 gallon tank. Holy smokes, have things changed in 20 years. There's alot better equipment out there, nicer looking tanks and hoods, alot more colorful fishies have been bred, and there's alot better knowledge than in "the olden days".
Plus, now, if I want to know something, I can just ask my young friend "the internet" who was not yet born last time I had an aquarium. :ezpi_wink1:
Anyway I am rapidly outgrowing my 10-gallon, I hope to get a larger tank in a few months, just have to squeeze tank setup in between work, school, 470 other hobbies, and my numerous other critters (mostly birds & rabbits).
