ok, last year we built this pond using an old pool liner and garbage can filter to see what would happen. most plants were put in mid-season so this would be our first year having native plants growing from bulbs in the pond. so far so good. we re-did the liner with actual pond-liner this season and re-did the waterfall. that's about it....

the weather just started getting nice here so the plants are just starting to explode. I don't know the names of all the plants, but I believe they are all native. we have some amazing pink flowers on one of the lillies I believe.... I'll try to update all the growth throughout the season.

Also, from the last picture I can see that space is not an issue for you.

thanks everyone! for now there is only 7 goldfish, one crayfish, and a couple tadpoles in the pond.

Wish I had a longer summer so I could set-up and pond like that
