View Full Version : Wow. Not a fatality in years and now two in two days...
So, yesterday I lost my Johanni cichlid from my 36g. He jumped out. Well today I noticed I couldnt see my newt. So I move some things around in the tank and he is no where to be found. Thats when I decided to look around the tank.
There he was, Isaac Newton was dead.
Maybe they both belonged to a doomsday cult and their spaceship was supposed to come yesterday. Oh well. RIP

I dunno - two critters trying to meet the same spaceship is a bit of a coincidence.
You might want to study your tank and see if someone isn't chasing these guys right out of the tank after lights out.
Just a thought...

Maybe they believed that nutjob that said the world was coming to an end and decided to end it themselves.

Two separate tanks! I also noticed a mystery snail had decided to join them but i put him back in and he appears to be ok. WEIRD things are afoot.

A nice, tight-fitting lid on your tanks could prevent these escapes in the future. I won't have an uncovered tank -- especially with jumping-jack dojos! :hmm3grin2orange:
