Shadow and glow?

Well, I tried to purchase a glow for my username, first with "blue", then with "charcoal." After those didn't work I tried to purchase a "green" shadow, which also did nothing. I guess I will be posting in "ghost" mode for a while. :27:

Yeah, you cant see shadow or glow with firefox.

You have an apink glow with an orange shadow.

what color is my title? I entered a hex code but it didn't change either. Also, any idea what fonts are allowed. I used comic sans cuz I knew it would be there, but I could always switch it up if I knew it would work.
