A new week has begun. It's 2 AM here Monday morning and last week has been put to rest. We hope.

This thread will not be for arguing, tension or anything but happy thoughts.

So let's talk happy.

I got my car jumped tonight. I don't know why the battery went dead but it did I am up and running again. I was getting nervous as I was down to one more tube for rolling a cigarette! Talk about timing.

Why is it when your cigarettes are nearly gone you smoke faster? Is that like driving faster when your car is nearly out of gas?

London. I hope i have fun.. and this time i wont be missing my fish. I HATE THEM! They drove me crazy this last 2 days.

ROTFL! You hate your new Discus? I hate my angelfish a lot. Can't stand to part with any of them tho but don't want to buy 3 new 30-gallon tanks just so they can be happy.

Maybe a stupid question, but do the primaryschools over there have summer vacation already?

The primary school here has 6 weeks vacantion, high school 8 weeks. I'm working, so I don't have holiday.

Last week was the weather horrible here.. I hope it's not to hot this week while I'm working.

I can only speak for Australia, but over here, we actually have 4 school terms, (semesters I guess you could call them) a 6 week break at xmas, followed by 2 week break every 10 to 11 weeks, the kids here have just gone back for there 3rd term.

Yes...it's been hot here too...haven't been sleeping well because of the heat...

...so I'm always tired and cranky...lol...I hate that!

Thats different.


We get out of school in mid/late may, and we break untill mid august. Then we have 1-2 week breaks at christmas, easter thanksgiving, and we have a spring break, with scattered days off in between.
