Add an Oscar

Have an Oscar about 8" long in 150 gallon tank would like to add another would I be able to add a larger juvie.

I would think so but one being larger than the other and this being HIS tank might be a touch-n-go deal. Perhaps you can add some distractions like some floating plants or a pin-pong ball. You may also have to use a divider for awhile.

Never know how these things will go.

Chances are it will not work. Have a divider ready. They are territorial fish.If you were to remove the original oscar and rearrange the tank,maybe some new decor as well.Then add the two fish at the same time,the newer one first.
It might work if it seems to be a new tank.Good Luck.
I think the best way to add a new fish to an established oscar tank is 4 or more at a time.Your tank is too small for that many O's though.
