New Adult Discus, One Resting on Bottom

I have two new adult discus fish. I brought them home in a styro box and one was experiencing some distress in box, lying on side, mostly. I acclimated, and put both fish in tank because things weren't going well in the box. One seems to be adjusting okay, the other still kind of resting on bottom.

What should I do, and what do you want to know before telling me what I should do?

Discus when being shipped are nearly always on their side, most are shipped with only enough water for this. Ive had a few who arrived like yours at air cargo and all well most all did just fine and are hitting 6"

It is stress, maybe kill the lights for a few days see if it comes around.
