Hi i was wondering if this was possible? They would be the same size.

Yeah if you have a big enough tank. Oscars are not aggressive if they are given enough space.

What is the scientific name of the silvertip shark cat? If it is the same fish as I am thinking of (Columbian shark) they are brackish, oscars are not, so they should not go together.
