lol, if this works, im amazed. im sitting in a taco bell and can get internet with my PSP here.
anywho, whats your current favorite fish? mine has to be my huge silver gourami. he always greets me and is hilarious to watch. hes about 6 inches and he rules the tank. he always pecks at the gravel for food and is just plain funny.

i like my kuhlis too. they always do a excellent clean job.
even though i now got my severum back, he doesnt really pay attention to me. my damsel and gouramis do since theyre pigs and want food.

My fire eel eats out of my hand and was my favorite last week - and probably will be again next week - but I'm in a mellower, watch the funny fishes mood lately!

My fire eel stays pretty much completely buried and hidden - but can spot the Krill can from 40 paces!

Here, in Kuwait, there is a small street called the fish street, there are a little over 20 fish stores stuck together. The fish are a little cheaper there, but i prefer to go to my LFS which is a little closer to my house and they all know me there.. But, i sometimes go to that place to see what new fish they have.

the one store i dont really ever go to anymore is petcetera. they used to have a deal on fish that was buy one get one free with equal or lesser value on any FW or SW fish any price, now they got rid of that. their salt fish are generally well priced but neons are 4 bucks each. i mainly go to aquagiant now. all chinese and the fish are all in top condition, cheap, and they have over 500 stock tanks.

Wow 500! But the only fish i didnt/don't have that i like is the FW puffer. When i have an empty tank i'll ask my LFS if they can special order it for me.

petsmart here has FW puffers, i used to have them and they were really entertaining. my 33g was really overstocked and had cichlids, goldfish, tropicals, everything, even a baby oscar (i was un-knowleged those few years ago). the african albino clawed frog, tinfoil barb, african butterfly, large comet goldfish, and puffers would fight for crickets. the frog would get it, then the tinfoil barb would rip it out of its mouth, then the african butterfly would go after pieces, then the puffers would steal it and fight. the goldfish used to eat crickets whole
another thing is aquagiant treats the fish like family. the goldfish get a 300g tank to themselves, and the saltfish get a real home with lots of LR and everything, not a bare tank

Hahaha.. this reminds me of a time when i was stocking a tank i had, between 30-40 gallon, don't have it anymore.. I went to the fish store, and i just picked anything i liked. I thought all fish can live together since they all live in the ocean.. I had oscars, tetras, angel, goldfish, gourami's and i have no idea what the rest were, but a little from everything. Then they started fighting and i got really excited, i thought they were playing haha.. the next day i get up i find some dead, i thought oh well, some have to die.. then each day more and more died. Then a friend came over to my house and he was a little experienced with fish, so he started screaming at me lol. Then i separated them.

Our walmart is the only place i've seen puffers. Until then, I thought all puffers were saltwater.

EXACTLY like my old 33g! it had- (LONG LIST!)
1 huge comet goldfish
1 domestic angel
1 wild angel
10 corys
1 electric blue crayfish
1 lobster
1 african butterfly
2 common plecos
1 clown pleco
1 upside down catfish
1 37 year old large goldfish
1 baby oscar
1 fire eel
4 neon tetras
1 tinfoil barb
1 albino clawed frog
1 pea puffer
1 unknown large golfball sized puffer
looking back on that tank i cant believe how they all survived. i had a canister filter on it too. i had cichlids, coldwater fish, and tropicals in the same tank. the 37 year old goldfish died from swimbladder. i was aiming to break the worlds oldest goldfish record. the person i bought the goldfish from had it since 1965 or close to there

Wow, that brings back memories of my first tank. All the fish are still alive at my aunts. It is 5 years old and contains, 2 angels, 2 silver dollars, a balla shark, and a female beta. All them are still alive and doing fine. I have told her to get a bigger tank but she says they are fine. I gave her the tank after the second time I had to clean it.:19: O and it is a 10 gallon tank.

my first tank was a 5g with 3 goldfish, a pleco, otto, shrimp, dwarf frogs, and a loach. it was insanely crowded, and the water always was unclear. i remember my first ever sick fish was in that tank and it was a goldfish with popeye, hazy eye, fin rot, and swim bladder. i feel so guilty for what i put those poor fish through

I wish i could spend that much on my fish.
Half goes to insurance on my truck, i save 100 out of every paycheck so i can afford new tires, and a rhinolining in my pickup bed, which leaves me about 100 dollars to spend on myself, but usually on dates or gas. As soon as i get my truck where i want it to be, ill have more money to play around with. Can you say "peacock tank"? lol

mainly my parents will pay for everything except my fish. they paid for my motorbikes, quads, car, etc. they wont pay for fish though since i have so many tanks. my dad often will splurge though and get me fish and tanks. he paid for all the stock in my 55g
