Question about dwarf gourami?

One of my dwarf gouramis has a white patch on the side of its face.What could it be?Also how can i treat it?Thanks.

It might be best to take a look at some pics of fish diseases on line to see if you could find something that matches what you gourami has.

Have you been able to rule out any injury or nipping from any other fish you might have in your tank ?
