chris........Your tanks are simply awesome!!!!!! I was trying hard to see what plant that is that has those big leaves coming out of the water in the middle. I have no sound on my computer so don't know if you had sound on the video but what is the name of that plant, please.

Thanks Mrs Hobbs, I really appreciate that :)
The plant is Echinodorus cordifolius, its also known as the Creeping burhead sword. Its Tropica number 076.
I've had it over a year now but when I transplanted it into this tank it ended up with BBA all over it and was reduced to just one leaf. All the growth you see on it is since January.
I've put a full commentary on the Vid explaining my equipment, ferts and livestock... never really mentioned the names of the plants though.
Thanks again, you've made me smile :)

I wouldn't say that!!!!! Some of the leaves are a little worse for wear at the moment due to lack of ferts while I wasd away for three weeks.
I did tell my wife not to fertilise as I've got flourite sand in the substrate but because of the speed of growth it must have used it all up.
Back to fertilising the column and slowly picking the leaves out to make room for new ones!
Cheers though buddy :)
