Its almost time to buy my 55 gallon tank. The stand is almost finished, and my eco-complete should arrive tomorrow. I bought 60 lbs of it, hopefully that will be enough. (Drsfostersmith.com doesn't charge a weight fee fyi, only $11 shipping)
Anyway I still don't know what the exact stocking list will be. I want tiger barbs, and I also bought 16 neon tetras from walmart (12 survived past my quaranteen time, which i consider good coming from walmart) and now they're in my understocked 29. I like them so much i might just leave them there.
My only other idea for fish is harlequin rasboras, but idk much about them.
Soo, any suggestions for my 55 gallon, also how many tiger barbs should i get. I was thinking between 7-9, but i heard too large of a group could increase aggression.
