Our red eared slider is acting as if she is getting to lay eggs(non-fertelized), she is trying to escape her 75 gal tank.. She is approx 8" long shell and about 4-5 years old. She has started trying to go over the sides of her basking area and ripping apart the piping in her tank.... any suggestions? What would calm her down and how long before she will lay her eggs... this has been going on for about 2-3 weeks
