8 neon tetra
3 clown loach
4 zebra danios
1 leopard danio

Since I'm a photography nut, a tip ...

If you can get more light, then you'll be able to get a faster shutter speed (1/250 sec vs. 1/4 sec) to freeze the action. Try adding additional lighting above the tank temporarily using a lamp (taking precautions of course).

Unfortunately on your Nikon E4600 you can't manually set ISO, but you could set it to Sports mode instead of Auto, so that it tries for the fastest shutter speed it can do. This may force it to go higher than 200 ISO if that's available.

Also, turn the flash on but take pictures from an angle so the light doesn't reflect back into the picture, leaving the flash on will lower shutter speed.
