Can shrimp regrow eyes?

I noticed yesterday one of my ghost shrimp was missing an eye.

Will he regrow it?

Oh well

Got home today and poor Mr Pirate Shrimp was dead and being nipped on by a kuhli.

I'm going to guess that loach was probably the one who took the eye off in the first place.
