blue lobster

i have/had a yellow tail,blue lobster until yesterday. this morning i found it lifeless in my tank. i have had it for 2 weeks, and it was in a tank with south american cichlids. it was amazing to look at but unfortunately he was always hidden in one of the ornaments in my aquarium. Until 2 days ago when he finally started showing signs of life and actually scouring the bottom floor of the aquarium. the next morning..dead. i don't get it. can someone help me out. all water was tested and no nitrates/ammonia;ph good water temp good. Can someone help me out? it was a pricy lobster as well...what a downer..

Was it dead or molting?Just wondering, as they sometimes roll over and appear dead to molt.

oh, he was dead alright. There was no movement, at all. I thought about molting as well but it wasnt the case..
