Broken bank?

When I go into the bank it says

I've no idea how this bank system is supposed to work, but that looks a bit broken.

Yea, i think it was hobbs that said he was awaiting the arival of three big tanks. I know how much work one small tank can be, so its really hard to imagine how much hard work would go into three large tanks!

Yes, he's busy getting in 3 large tanks plus always writing his articles, etc. Not a lot of time to sit at the computer.
