Have you already cycled your tank, or are you learning the hard way? Grats on the fish surviving by the way.

Yeh cycled tank. Chromis certainly dont like flake. Frozen they love.

If they are wild caught, it will take a while before they are used to flakes
Stick with frozen for another week or two so they can get used to their new home. Be careful not to overfeed
Once they are used the tank, start trying to switch them so you can offer different foods
Glad to hear you cycled your tank first.

If you can post a little more info, I might be able to make a few suggestions
A) size of your tank
B) what equipment you have,
C) how much live rock or filteration you have
D) All of the fish (if you have mroe than the two chromis and your CUC)
..... and so on

Yeh they are nice. How about clown or tang? Compatability????

Not a tang, they get way too big for your tank. The smaller tangs need a 75 gallon tank, at the least.
I presonally would put a clown fish in your tank either. So people would disagree with that, but IMO it would not be a good idea

Defiantly no to a tang. You may get away with a pair of the smaller clowns, like true percs, but 3 fish is already pretty stocked for a 34 gallon so it would be cramped. If anything I would try some type of goby which usually stay pretty small
