I would like to create a filter using mineral water bottles can any one help me? I have 1 power head filter available right now.

Cut the bottom off of a bottle attach it to the back of the tank (inside the tank - towards the bottom - with the bottle positioned the long way) with suction cups stuff it full of filter floss and point the power head at the fat end of it.

Voila - mechanical filter

how about a overhead filter, I have 2 500ml mineral water bottle

You could use a large one inside of a small one - but it would likely be messy and very difficult to mount to the tank.
