Here is what I would do if I wanted an aluminum frame.
First I would go to ya local hardware store and by the correct length of 90 degree aluminum and then I would weld them together but you probly don't have a weld or access to one so you could get 90 degree corner peices and screw them in at the corners. Pm me if you have any mor in depth queastions I have taken metal fabrication and welding last yeAr at my high school.

Let me stear you gently away from this idea. I am a proffesional welder for the aerospace industry. Unless you can weld it or have it welded then an aluminum stand is not for you. It would have to be held together with brackets screwed to thhe frame. Unless the bracing is extensive and fasteners correctly installed,it will be wobbly and unstable. A very good job can be done using plywood and 2by4s and would actually be far more sturdy.if you can find a good fab shop, the shop rate is noramlly 45 bucks an hour plus material, your looking at several hours work.
