My name is Dan, 32, Just bought a 35 litre / 9 gallon tank today, it is an Orca brand all in one type aquarium.

Bought some fish to put in it, 6 Neons and a Gourami Kiss as well as a few ornaments.

Will get a few more fish once the water stabilises a bit.

I live in Australia.

it only a small tank, so do not put to many fish in it. lol

plus most tanks, need to cycle, and that can take up to a month or there about.

in most new tank, the ammonia levels will go up and this will kill the fish, you know.

plus you may allready have too many fish in that tank.

did you add stress coat to the tank. plus you should add ammo lock to the tank, this way if the ammonia level go up, your fish should live.

Ok, as it turns out I actually have a 14 gallon tank / 54.6 litres, must have bought the bigger one and not realised :confused:

I could be wrong as I have been trying to convert the dimensions to gallons, the dimensions of the tank is.

35cm x 40cm x 39cm

And the calculation used was 35x40x39= 54600 /1000 so I think i am correct.

Welcome to AC! Check out the helpful calculators on this site at <[Only Registered Users Can See Links.]> Looks like you do have about a 14g tank.

You might want to read up on the cycling process too if you are unfamiliar with it. It could save you a lot of heartache getting started in fishkeeping.
