NovaAqua Water treatener

I just got my 8 cardinal tetras today and the guy at the pet store talked me into a water conditioner called NovAqua. He said it was like stress coat but better. I was out of stress coat so I bought a bottle of it to give it a shot.
Has anyone had any experience with this stuff at all?

I've used it before but can't really say its better or worse than stress coat. Certainly was more expensive when I got it.
