View Full Version : Interpret icons on the left side of threads

Not really sure where to post this, but...
I see about 8 icons at the bottom of the screen when looking at a forum index, that explain what they mean (Thread locked, new replies, something like that) but there are a bunch of icons that I see (at the left of each thread) that I can't figure out what they mean... (red letter with an arrow amongst them)
Not that it's hugely important, but I've always been curious. Help me out?

I have no idea. I do not see that on my screen. Could the red arrow mean a thread is moved?

Because I'm a bored computer geek, here's a screenshot:

Those are all journal threads so I don't think they've been moved... It must have something to do with my posting...
Again, I'm mostly curious. It certainly doesn't matter in the long run :ssmile:
Anyone else have any ideas?

red letter with an arrow is a thread you have replied to that has had new posts you haven't read.

Thanks Brhino......I was out in the field looking for scarcrows.

Heh heh, yeah I can assure you reputation points are the last thing on my mind :11:
Still don't quite understand what they're for :hmm3grin2orange:
