While signing in on another computer I noticed this;
"Please ask a question in the how to section... ...if you have any questions."
It shows up to guests and those who aren't logged in at the top of the forums. Could be why so many new members post their first fish questions in the How To and not the right category. It doesn't say specifically, "if you have a question about how the forums work" or so forth.
Are we able to change that at all, or not? As a very rough estimate there looks to be about 1/3 of the posts on the first page of the How To had to be moved by a Mod. Just seems like it could be helped prevented.
