Hello I want to ask one question that my arowana has eaten a stone what should I do

how big is your aro? larger aros can easily pass small stones. is he behaving any differently? still eating?

My 24" Aro ate a pretty big stone (about 1/2" diameter)...I freaked out for a few days and sure enough I found it on the bottom of the tank one day. She has also eaten a whole fake plant...Although I have never seen it again, she continues to do extremely well. Eating stones does not always equal death. :22:

How big is your aro? do u know the size of the stone? Is it stuck somewhere in its mouth (that you can see?)

I've scared my fish (buy trying to or actually holding them) & they have spit out what was stuck - but it was just in their mouth.

Do u have gravel substrate or was this just a rock in the tank? maybe think about changing the substrate? Larger rocks/sand... (I changed from gravel to sand)
