hi there i have been offered 2 convicts for my tank but unsure whether there suitable i would love to have them i have 4 head and tail lights 2 red tailed sharks a three spot gourami a scissor tail a tuxedo swordtail a mystus catfish a raphael catfish 2 clown loaches a vampire plec and 2 silver angel fish please help if you can

Not a good idea. Your smaller fish would be in trouble for sure and perhaps some of your larger ones as well. How big is this tank, anyhow? You've already got a wide variety of species and temperaments in there.

Based on your stock list I would say that no, I dont see it working. What are the reasons they are rehoming? Also what about the tank size and your filtration?

i have a 190 litre tank think it is 45 gallons i have a fluval u3 and a eheim filter the same size there not rehoming them its my friend he owns a lfs and offered them to me first as i like them and there only young my smallest is the head and tails but they are over an inch long

Natta great idea. Convicts are not exactly loveable and probably why they have been offered to you.

i was very wary when he offered them to me as i know cichlids dont mix but thought id ask the people in the know
