universal rock background

hey everyone new to the forum. i'm in the process of setting up a 40 gal. tank and saw a background called universal rock. was wondering if anyone has used this type of background and what you think about it.

I think it's cool looking but so expensive. I've seen slate backgrounds, too, that is just broken slate siliconed to the back glass. Much cheaper and looks just as good, IMO.
