After I get my first clutch of shrimp, how long should I wait to feed them to my fish? Hah, that is IF I get them to hatch, see my set up in DIY...

As soon as you can. When it looks as though most have hatched, use them. You want to feed while they still have a yolk sac, the bs will loose most of their nutritionally value after the yolk sac has been absorbed
