That's a hard question. For one it is going to be a few more weeks before your tank is cycled. You will need to get a ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate test kit. Read the cycling posts on the sticky threads in the general and beginner forums. You can also find a lot of information on the net about aquarium cycling.
As far as buying fish online, many would say they would rather just go to their local pet store but a 60 mile trip is quite a bit.
If I were you I would find a very good website that looks very proffessional and I would order only a few fish from them. If you get them and they work out for a week or so and they are healthy then I would say go through them.
I know the most popular site here in the states is [Only Registered Users Can See Links.] for live fish.

Why is the temperature so low? Do you not have a heater at the moment? It is hard to get the nitrifying bacteria to grow/multiply at such a low temperature.

I agree I think you should turn the temperature up to about 78f, 26c and wait a few more weeks before adding more fish.

thanks to all of yous for the info , i'll turn up the temp , i have all the test kits i will wait the few weeks then test again after a few weeks , made one big mistake though fed them straight away thought with useing the nurafin cycle and aqua plus that would help put the good bacterias into my filter think i may have made a boo boo , typical novice rushed in like a sunami

You should be doing water tests every other day, if not every day. Don't wait a week then check it. This allows you to be able to do a fast WC *water changer* if ammonia or nitrites get to high....

I cycled my aquarium at about 86 degrees.

I cycled my aquarium at about 86 degrees.
Isn't that a bit high for the fish already in there though?

the temp of 78f, is too high. all of mine tanks is 70 to 74f.
and i have no problem.
keeping fish at to high a temp, is not good for the fish.
zebra danios is a cool water fish. they like the temp betwween 64 -74.f
neon like it between 68 -79f
this is from the book "an illustrated encyclopedia of aquarium fish"

My main tank is set at 80* farenheit and my hospital tank I keep at 74*
My personal favorite temp is 74 degrees, thats what the temp was set to on my heater when I bought it.

yet again you've been a help , i thought 78 degrees was high and i've noticed when doing my tests my nitrit test that its sitting between0.1 and 0.3 which myself i think seems a bit dodgy , would i be right in saying amonia turns to nitrit which then turns to nitrate and thats game over for your fish ?? i have bought api stress zyme and still useing nutrafin aqua plus and changing my water every other day do you have any advice which would help ??? those with haste do nothing but waste , thats an old irish saying my gran used good old gran right again lolololol

definitely test your water everyday, chances are you still might get a small ammonia spike that will be especially dangerous to your neons, when you do see one do a partial water change immediately, I would personally have held off getting the neons this early as they are not as hardy as the danios.
