Microsorum pteropus "Phillipine"
Find it domestically. It isn't rare. Don't order it from eBay.
Aquatic Magic is a fine company. I like their glassware. The problem for plants sales is that they are located in China.
As the buyer you are responsible for arranging a phytosanitary certificate.

Your plants stand a very high probability of being confiscated and destroyed by customs. You will get the package and a note telling you why. As an added bonus, you will be added to a list of purchasers who didn't pay attention to the rules for importing plants.

Plenty of american growers trying to sell plants. I'd keep it in the country myself.

Same as narrow leaf java fern, or needle leaf java fern. One of the easiest plants to grow in an aquarium. Reasonably common. Can find it much cheaper than that online.

I see it on aquabid consistently.

I have some and really like the look when its mixed with the more common species.
