Looks like they could use some fungal meds.

They look as if they have been struggeling, and now their slight injuries caught some kind of fungus.

I agree with Lady Hobbs. A really harsh water change could help the fish, cause the change lessens the free drifting fungus spores in the water.

try to put 1tspn of non-iodize salt per gal. it can help! base on my exp... continue to feed-feed-feed that oscar, Oscar like the red food of FH... I think that is the color enhancer for FH but oscars like it and enchance the color of your oscar... but don't get the other FH food I think the green one which enhance the head of FH because it can affect the head of your oscar… changed your water for about 50% or 75% , clean your filter, it can help-up to heal the wounds of your precious oscar….

Oscars can be prone to velvet, which this looks like.

Two things need to happen. One is to treat for the disease. The other is to deal with the stressor(s). For fish to get sick the disease needs to be present AND something needs to be stressing them. With big dirty fish like this, without knowing anything else, I would guess water quality is an issue, possibly other stressors as well.

The other stuff is fungus, most likely there is extra waste in the tank that is rotting, this can cause low water quality.
