What would make her throw up?

need more info. what are water parameters, what was she eating, what are the tank mates, have you added any medicine to the tank recently, and do you mean just spit out food that was in her mouth or actually throw up partially digested food?

Dwarf frogs regularly chomp off more than they can swallow and hold it for a while. When they realize they can't fit it all down their throat, they spit it out. Sometimes they use their hands to pull it away from the sides of their mouths. This is normal. If your frog actually regurged from the belly, that's another problem. I don't even know if frogs are capable of regurgitating.
