fuzzy growth on java fern

I have 1 java fern in my tank - it is growing very nicely, however, I have been noticing a fuzzy growth on the tip of 1 leaf & the underside of another and there are small leaves growing from this fuzz - what might it be?

That's how java ferns reproduce. An old leave dies off as babies sprout from it.
