I have 3 bunches of these in my tank, and every day I am pulling out leaves that have been dropped off this plant, whether they are floating at the surface or stuck in the leaves of other plants. I am curious if my plant is unhealthy but there is a lot of new bright green growth at the tops of the stems. Is this normal for this plant to shed this much? Or is there some kind of deficiency in my tank? I have been using Flourish weekly, but I didnt get a chance to this week, but I am thinking about upping the dosage to 2 times a week. Also, could the bottoms of the stems not be getting enough light? Any advice on this plant? Here are some pictures...

Typical of that plant. I finally pulled mine out because of those leaves but yours looks nice and healthy. I think it's just what the plant does. Could be it doesn't get enough light at the bottom.

OK then I will just keep pulling the leaves out then. I dont really want to take these plants out because I love the way they look in my tank. Thanks Lady Hobbs!

Easy to get tons of them. Cut the tops off and stick in the substrate and that grows roots giving you a new plant and the bottom spreads out, too.

Looks good, very easy to get more of them like Hobbs said. I do have to admit every time I've gotten this plant I have managed to kill it, I don't know how but it always happens.
