I have a 20 gallon long tank that I want to get a glass cover for. I would like the cover to have a hinge on it so that one third of it is a flap I can open for feeding, etc.

Where would I go to get such a thing? I know I can bring measurements and the hinges somewhere to have this done, but where?

I have access to a Lowe's. Could they do it? Do I have to go to a custom glass shop? (Whatever that is...) What are some common places where I could go with some dimensions and a drawing or two and get what I need?

I think it's called perfecto but any way there's something called perfecto glass tops.

Edit: here's a link

That would be a standard tank size and one of several standard size 20L glass tank covers available where ever aquariums are sold.

Lowes doesn't sell aquarium glass. They have picture glass and too thin window glass. Buy the whole thing from your fish store. About $10.00
