Willow Moss/Java Moss Colour

In December, I had picked some Willow Moss from Thailand and put it on my driftwood. Initially the moss was nice and green from the tank in Thailand (maybe that was the effiect of the light) but those colours are not coming out strong. See the attached picture

The moss on it seems to have picked a lot of dust from the Flourite that I set up in the tank 1 week 2 days back. Even after rinsing the driftwood and the moss in some aquarium water the colour is still the same

I also have Java moss in another lowlight, once a week liquid Co2 tank, which is dark dark green and not like plant leafy green

Any suggestions as to how can I get the colour back
