Whn I start earning money I hope to start a 10g SW tank. I was thinking maybe having two seahorses, some inverts, and NO corals. does this sound possible? What other fish would be suitable for a 10g?

Sea horses are notoriously difficult to keep - if you decide to go with them you will need to do some serious research.
I haven't kept them myself but my uncle did - if you do the research and can handle their requirements they were pretty amazing creatures.

a 10 is too small for regular seahorses and too large for dwarves

you would have to have around 20-30 dwarves in order to be able to feed them as they will not hunt there food and excess food would quickly pollute the water, there best left to tanks under 5 gallons, and require newly hatched brineshrimp to eat
