The first pic shows how the fish usually looks. Yellowish with gray vertical stripes and a horizontal black band. Also hints of blue and red near gills on face.
The second pic the fish loses all the black and gray stripes, leaving just the yellow. The face looks sort of pink, and the fins are pink, with black along the top of the dorsal fin. The fish had it's breeding tube out, and I think it's male. He also dug a small pit and chased other fish away. This lasted a day, now he's back to normal.
