How do i deal with an OVERLY agressive fish

that can be the good question. we all face that same thing, at some point. there are many things you could do. but first what breed is it. it sometimes depend on the breed. different things works with different fish.

Its and 8 Inch Albino Oscar
he was terrorizing the green severum barramundi and pink oscar in his tank so i used an old undergravel filter panel to divide them up

it hard to say what might work for him. what you did might work. but then when he get out, he might blame them, and be alot worse. see what some of the others have to say.

ok well i dont plan to let him out till we upgrade him to a bigger tank

It might also work to give him more company so that his aggression is spred over more fish.

ok well my oscar is perfect even with a jag cichlid and pike hes a male and the water is unheated... unheated water will calm all cichlids . warm water makes them agressive . so kool the water down maybe

I've read that Oscars will be less aggressive is fed less meaty foods. If this is true or not, I have no clue.

They will also be less aggresive if they have never been fed live foods as well
