Dwarf Frog vs. Ick Medicine

My fish have ick and I will be using medicine to get rid of the Ick, since frogs soak up stuff through their skin should I worry about my dwarf frogs dieing from the medicine?

What is the brand name of the Ich medicine or the ingredients? There are several types of Ich med's.

Wait for a frog expert before you try anything - I think that the salt / heat method may be best in your circumstance but I have NEVER tried it.
