I was wondering if you fed thise food as a treat or as a main meal? On the bottle it said t to feed as much as tthe fish will eat 2-3 minutes and everything like the normal flake foods. But i've seen alot of people saying it was for treats only so wasn't too sure..anyone have experience with this stuff?:c12:

The key is variety. Since the flake or pelleted food is more complete...I would use that the main diet, and supplement with other foods...so I use blood worms as a 'treat'...maybe once a week?

I feed more often, maybe 3 times a week, as a treat after they have had flake food. I'm unable to get the frozen bloodworms where I live but they love the freeze dried just fine.

I do the same - I also alternate every so often with some freeze dried krill / shrimp pellets / algae wafers...

My fish seem to have more variety in their diets than I do

When I feel like getting it out is when I do it. I mostly use flake and sinking wafers in my tanks but my fish are vicious on blood worms.

They are pretty cheap - I get mine at walmart for 3 bucks a tin
