:fish: :goldfish: I am planning on getting a 30-35 Gallon Aquarium in the future and I want to get a couple Dwarf Pufferfish for it. Does anyone have suggestions on what other fish would work in this community?:22:

From what I have read, dwarf puffers are better in a species tank...

Dwarf puffers, although not as aggressive as some puffers, are not considered community fish. I know some people say you can keep them in a community tank, but I would not. In my opinion puffers go in puffer tanks community fish go in community tanks.
If you like the idea of puffer fish, I would look into some other kind. Figure 8 puffers dont get to big. You could keep one in a 35 no problem. They are very fun to watch and very colorful. They need brackish water, but can be kept in fresh water for a while. Some people keep them in fresh water their whole lives but they dont live as long. In my opinion larger puffers are a lot more interesting.
If you are dead set on a community tank with dwarf puffers, you will need larger hardy fish. Nothing with long fins. Even then the puffers will still nip tank mates fins. If they are comparative in size the puffers will even kill it. Im not actually going to recommend a fish to put in with them, because I dont want to recommend something I wouldnt do my self.
Puffers are great though! Just not great tank mates.
