New comp?

I was wondering if we could have a scenery photo contest? It could be call SPOTM scenery photo of the month or something like that?

What does every one else think?

I think if enough people want in on it...to actually have a real competition...I'd go for it.

I could actually enter one of those...my point and shoot is fine outside (vs. the crappy aquarium shots I take)...:hmm3grin2orange:

That would present a wonderful opportunity to enter some gorgeous garden photos, or wild scenery, seascapes, etc. I think it's a great idea.

I think the APOTM is as far as the forum will stray from the aquarist oriented purpose of the site.

It may not make it to an official contest but if enough people are interested Im sure somebody could host something in the Chatterbox and let people vote on the pics. If a prize was wanted members could also donate some of their AC points into the winners pot.

You are not allowed to create new AC service/features. If you have an idea that you would think would benefit AC send it to admin (William) and let him decide whether to add it to the site.
