View Full Version : 100 Gallon...Any suggestions on fish?

Juwel rio 400... Any advice on what fish would suit best. Pleco perhaps? would like a large school of neon tetras or cardinal tetras in...but unsure what kind. HELP guys!!

Why not some Cichlids? You can get a pretty colorful tank going with them. Just make sure that you research everything that you put into it. You dont want wars to break out or agression issues or whatnot...

I would go with smaller to medium cichlids,Like firemouths and the species in that genus,Krib's,Festivums are very docile,and then add some medium tetra and barb species.Rainbows would work,as would large livebearers like Ameca splendens.Practically any catfish that gets 6 inches or under would work as would most loaches.There are so many different possibilities and combinations for a 100 gallon.

Lots of them, or a few big ones. I would do a planted tank with angels, dwarf cichlids, assorted tetras, a few BN plecos and some corys.
