Friends list

How does the friends list work. Do you add people or do they request it and how do you do that?

it said to click that button in the users post.. but all i see is the give reputation, report bad post, quote, etc. no add user to friends list button?

Click on a users username, look in the drop down box for "Add () to your buddy list."

Click send. They will get a request, and if the accept, you will be friends.

or if you cant find a post go to user CP and go to buddy/ignore list
