Just wondering if anyone has had any experience receiving plants in cold weather? I would love to order several low-light plants from a seller on eBay and am just looking for advice regarding whether to go ahead or wait until Spring? Thanks in advance for your help!

As long as they use a heat pack I would think it would be fine. I've received plants in cold weather without issue.

I bought some plants off of someone on plantedtank forum around 2 weeks ago, they arrived fine. Came in a small ups box, nothing really special about the way it was packed. Plants were wrapped in moist newspaper and then put into a plastic bag, and in the envelope. Was mostly mosses and some red root floater. Think it might depend on the type of plants as well.

I'm looking to buy some easy crypts and anubias, nothing fancy.

72 hour heat packs. If they don't have them or only the 24 hour, I'd wait.
